• Printer head: 2 x Epson I1600 industrial-grade print heads for maximum longevity at an affordable price. These are the same heads used in large format production machines like Eco-Solvent, UV printing and so on. The I-series print head lasts 3 to 4 times longer than an XP600 print heads used in cheaper printers and it is MUCH faster (up to 4 times faster than the R1)
• Advanced anti-Head strike sensor: Designed to prevent the print head from hitting or scraping the substrate during printing. This technology ensures smooth, uninterrupted printing by maintaining optimal print head height and alignment, reducing the risk of damage to both the print head and the substrate. As a result, it enhances print quality, prolongs the life of the print head, and minimizes downtime and maintenance costs

• White ink circulation system: The printer uses a specialised ink set for DTF printing, which includes CMYK and white inks. The white ink is particularly important for creating a base layer on dark fabrics to ensure colours are vibrant. Timed white ink stirring system circulates and maintains white ink inside the printer, ensuring it is always ready for printing
• Auto cleaning system: When the printer is left on, it will automatically maintain and clean the print head
• Original neoStampa RIP Software: Provides accurate colour matching with bright, vivid colour quality in your prints. Directs the printer on where to apply the white and how much ink to use, saving you ink and money

• Printing width: 330mm
• Printer size & weight: 853mm x 643mm x 530mm at 56kg
• Printing speed: 3m² – 5m² per hour (21 – 35 A3 prints per hour or 42 – 70 A4 prints). Lower speed = higher quality which is not always required.
• Built-in automatic cutter: Smooth procise cutting. It cuts right after printing, saving you time and effort.
• Built-in ink alarm system for when ink is low
• The Prestige R2 Pro is designed for efficient and fast printing, making it suitable for both medium and large-scale production in mind. Ideal for larger companies and print shops, who are either printing a huge amount for themselves or also doing prints for customers who don’t have a DTF printer
• Print head is a consumable item and may need to be replaced periodically according to usage
• Monthly output capacity: Based on design size of A3, you can get up to 2000- 4000 A3 T-shirts per month. (If the print size is smaller you can print a larger quantity)
• Shaker oven: Compatible with Miro 13 Max auto shaker oven

• Print and transfer on porous substrates (products that can absorb water): Cotton shirts, polyester, tote bags, caps, and most other porous items. Works phenomenally, especially on dark shirts as well as lighter fabrics
• Printer warranty: 1 year on the printer (subject to use of our inks and film and excludes the ink system). Not using our inks and films will void your warranty
